Description

Portsmouth booked an amazing and improbable place in the FA Cup final after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in extra time of the semi-final at Wembley. Frederic Piquionne and Kevin-Prince Boateng were the heroes for the 2008 winners, netting in the 99th and 117th minutes respectively to book a place against Chelsea on May 15 a little over 24 hours after their relegation from the Premier League was confirmed.
