Description

Survivors of a head-on train crash in Belgium have likened the impact to being hit by an earthquake. At least 18 people have died after two trains packed with commuters collided. The accident happened in the commuter town of Halle - 9 miles south-west of the Belgian capital. Both passenger trains ran into each other just outside Buizingen station.
